The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. These terms apply in addition to any project-specific agreement.
Our services are offered on a fixed-price, fixed-scope basis. A written scope document will be provided and agreed before any payment is taken. Changes to scope after agreement may result in revised pricing, which will be communicated and agreed in writing before additional work proceeds.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as follows:
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created specifically for you under a project agreement becomes your intellectual property. AI4E1 retains no rights to your bespoke deliverables after payment.
AI4E1 retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or methodologies used in delivering your project. Our products (Page, Linda) remain the intellectual property of AI4E1 Ltd.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We expect the same in return regarding any proprietary AI4E1 processes or materials shared during an engagement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI4E1's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including lost profits or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify or remove content at any time without notice.
